But this business wasn't just a “let's start a company” moment. It grew out of real life — out of challenges, resilience, and the decision to build something together that genuinely helps people.
The Organised Types began at a time when everything in life felt busy and uncertain. Sam had spent years helping businesses with systems, design and strategy, while Leigha was developing her own skills in tech, design and digital creativity. We were already helping people — friends, small business owners, clients — without ever naming it.
One day it clicked: What if we built something together? Something we wish we had when we started? Something that made business feel lighter, easier and more organised for everyone else?
