Website Design FAQ

What platforms do you build websites on?
We build on Wix, Shopify, Squarespace and WordPress depending on your needs, budget and required functionality.
How long does a website take to complete?
The timeline depends entirely on the package chosen. This estimate begins once we have all content (text, images, branding) from you:
  • Micro Website: 5-7 days
  • Starter Website: 1-2 weeks
  • Small Business Website: 2-3 weeks
  • Professional Website: 3-4 weeks
  • Premium Website: 4-6+ weeks depending on complexity
We offer a quick turnaround service if you are on a tight deadline—just add this on during checkout or give us a message!
What do I need to provide for my website project?
Once you book, you'll receive an onboarding pack including:
  • Content checklist
  • Copy collection document
  • Branding assets
  • Login access (if applicable)
  • Any required imagery
We make this process as simple as possible.
Do you offer website hosting or domains?
No — hosting and domains are purchased directly through Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or your hosting provider. We can guide you through this during onboarding.
Can I edit my website after it's built?
Absolutely! All websites come with full client access. We also offer a Website Training Session for £49 if you want a detailed walkthrough.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. We offer Monthly Maintenance Packages from £49/month which include updates, improvements and small edits.
Do you offer refunds for website services?
Because this is a customised service, refunds are not available once work has begun.

Branding FAQ

What's the difference between the Mini Brand Kit and the Full Brand Identity Kit?
The Mini Brand Kit includes a logo, colour palette and typography. The Full Brand Identity Kit includes everything above plus sub-logos, icons, patterns, direction sheets and expanded branding elements.
Can I request changes to my branding?
Yes — each branding package includes one or more revision rounds depending on the package purchased.
What files do I receive?
You'll receive PNG, JPG and SVG files, plus a branded PDF guide showing how to use your assets.
Can I use my branding on physical products?
Yes — once delivered, your branding is licensed for your own business use.

Business Coaching FAQ

How does a coaching session work?
Once purchased, you'll receive a link to book your session and complete a short pre-call questionnaire. During the session, we'll walk through your goals, challenges and strategy. Afterwards, you'll receive a personalised action plan.
What topics can we cover in coaching?
Anything related to your business, including:
  • Pricing & Offers
  • Systems & Operations
  • Branding & Marketing
  • Content & Productivity
  • Business planning & Etsy setup
Are coaching sessions refundable?
No — but you can reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.

Digital Products FAQ

I didn't receive my download — what do I do?

  • Your account download section

What software do your templates work with?
Our templates may use:
  • Canva
  • Notion
  • PDF readers (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
  • GoodNotes / Notability (digital planners)
  • Excel / Google Sheets
Each listing explains the format clearly.
Can I edit the templates?
If it's a Canva template, yes — fully editable. PDF downloads are not editable unless specifically stated.
Can I use your templates for client work?
Only if you've purchased a commercial licence add-on. Otherwise, they are for personal use only.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to automatic delivery, digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

How do I book a service?
Choose your service → Add to Cart → Complete checkout. You'll receive confirmation and your onboarding pack automatically.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes — if you don't see what you need, contact us and we can create a tailored package.
Can I purchase add-ons separately?
Yes! All add-ons (SEO, branding, extra pages, copywriting etc.) can be added to your cart individually or bundled with a website package.
Do you offer multi-buy discounts?
Yes — purchase a website package + any 3 add-ons and receive a multipurchase discount.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major payment methods accepted.
How fast do you respond?
Typically within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri).
